s2bonlineAsked on February 16, 2021 at 6:55 AMI am having the same issue as of today after editing the email notifications being sent to one of our forms. I have checked all of my conditions and there are no duplicates, still the email being sent out contains two pdfs - one is the original one I have assigned and the other is created by the system - it is the same inside but the PDF name is different.
You NEED to sort this out ASAP as our clients are receiving duplicate emails at the moment which is causing serious disruption in service as our clients don't know which PDF to open and consider the two pdfs as corrupted files.
Looking forward to hearing back from you! This is not what we are paying for!
