    Greetings,

Regarding "how to put this jotform to my subdomain?? for example like this , signup.domain.com ,so it will directly to jotform.how to made it?"

You can try creating a page for your subdomain then you can embed the form using the embed code listed here: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-form-embed-code-should-I-use

Most of the time, iFrame works great iFrame embed code

If what you would like to do is redirect your subdomain link to your JotForm form instead of embedding, that should be possible by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/144-how-to-use-custom-domains-with-jotform-enterprise.

Please note that to change the URL, you must first have a JotForm Enterprise account. If you don’t have an Enterprise account, please contact our sales team to upgrade to JotForm Enterprise here https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/

    I hope that helps.

    Regards.
