    DAY COUNTDOWN:

We set the date and time of the day countdown to Feb. 15, 2021 which is the deadline for our students to complete this form.

We were expecting the Jotform will no longer be available once the day countdown hits zero. But, there were still students who were able to access the form.

It will be nice if the form is no longer accessible once the countdown is zero.

In the screenshot above, the 3rd column (1. Drop - Section of Subject Code) should be after the 1st column (1. Drop - SUBJECT CODE from your Registration Form (NOT THE GOOGLE CLASS CODE). Likewise, the 4th column (2. Drop - Section of Subject Code) should be after the 2nd column (2. Drop - SUBJECT CODE from your Registration Form (NOT THE GOOGLE CLASS CODE). This is how they appear in the form when the form is being completed. There are no problems in the other columns that follow. Please check.

The widget is just a countdown. It can't disable the form. You may consider setting up the disable on a date in the form settings.

As for the order of the columns, allow me to help you on that matter through the following ticket: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2901661.
