    Hello,

Form not published yet. I am a new member, I need some help with validation please. On page 1 I am asking if the registrant will be sending someone to the event, and on the selection of NO I want them to go to the "Thank You" page right away as we then don't need to collect more info. However, if they say YES then I want them to go to Page 2, fill in the form and then after submit the same "Thank You" page.

I have tried this with validation and other items in the other area, but when i preview its not working when I select NO or YES the way I mentioned above.

    Secondly,

I require email validation on the only email field in my form, need to make sure they are both the same identical email before SUBMIT.

Help please as these are the only two validations I need help on.

    Scott

    Hello Scott,

At the moment, the conditional logic of 'hide page' type runs when a user clicks the Next button. So, if the last page would be hidden, there's nowhere to redirect users to once they click the Next button on the previous page. That is why you cannot skip the last page and redirect to thank you page.

I see that you need to hide page 2 of your form, please consider creating another page after it and redirect the users to page 3 after filling out page 1. That page may contain the Submit button only so users could finish filling out a form.

I have forwarded your second query to a separate thread. We will respond to you there soon: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2901700

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
