on my order form, I want to add the options for my customers to pay either by paypal/credit card or be billed later "on account"

it looks like if I add a payment gateway to the form i.e., paypal, then I do not have the option to pay at a later date

Is there some way to work around this?

    thank you,

    lois

    Greetings Lois.

This can be done by creating multiple forms. In one of them, you can use your desired gateway method, and in the second one, you can add a Purchase order, where your users don't need to enter any payment information.

You can see the detailed instructions here:

    Thank you, that does help.

However, this creates an issue with having more than one "submit" button. You have to submit the imbedded form for the payment to go through which mean all the information (ie name, email...) entered on the main form is not submitted.

Is there some way to collect info on the main form as well as the imbedded form at the same time?

    Thank you,

    Greetings.

Unfortunately, there is no workaround when you use this method. An alternative solution would be to use conditional logic and to forward the user to the second or third form, depending on their choice in the main form. I have created an example form for you. You can access it at the following link:
    https://form.jotform.com/210284740370045

Feel free to fill the form and submit it (you don't need to use actual data). You will be forwarded to the second form depending on the choice in the first one. Also, all the information from the first form will be copied as well. You can choose to hide this information on the second form or allow users one more chance to update them.

You can also clone the form to see it's conditions. To see how o clone the form, please click here.

You can also see two related forms here:
