Cant open file error

    I have gone into settings and unchecked review files when logged in but it’s still saying whoops page not found. I’ve tried signing in to jot form but can’t remember the password. I selected forgot password and waited for link to be sent to email address so that I can update password but I never received it. I need help getting to these files, I have orders that I need to start working on but cannot start until I can open the files. Need help ASAP. Thanks

    Regarding the password:

    You need to verify your email first, and then you can reset your password.
