I cannot access my forms or reports and your site keeps jumping over to ITALIAN!

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account and found that it was signed up just today, and you have not created any form yet.

    Do you have any other account in which you have built your forms? What is your JotForm account username or the email address you have used in your account profile? Alternatively you can let us know any of your form ID, form URL or web page URL where you have embedded your form, and we will take a look.

    We will wait for your response.

    On your issue of site changing to Italian, have you tried to change the website language? Please note that you can change the website language from the footer dropdown. Please check the screenshot below:
