    We received the following response from your organization yesterday (see below). We do have a Business Account with PayPal and the form in question you referred to in your response. Will you please troubleshoot this and get back to us with a response as soon as possible?

    Did you get an error when trying to connect your PayPal account in the form? We need to know the error message if there's one for us to troubleshoot the problem.

    Can you also confirm if this form here is the form in question? 

    It's PayPal Business, and it requires a PayPal Business Type account to connect. If your PayPal account is upgraded to Business, I see no reason it would fail in the form.

    May we know the error you receive when integrating your form with PayPal business?

    I would suggest you contact PayPal support if you have enabled credit card payment in your business account.
