I cleared my file uploads but my forms are still disabled

    Hello, I had a user upload a very large file yesterday which disabled forms on my accounts from showing. I quickly cleared out the file so that I'm well below the Jotform limit but I see my forms are still disabled.

    Is there some way to get this refreshed on Jotform's end to recognize that I cleared this out? I cleared my caches to make sure it wasn't on my end but they're still disabled.

    I've refreshed the counter on our end. Your forms should be up by now.
