Our users are complaining that they're not receiving confirmation emails once they've
1) Completed the registration form
and/or
2) Submitted payment via PayPal or Credit Card.
We've gotten many calls about this. Can you help?

Greetings.
I have checked your several Autoresponder, and the email field is missing in most of them. You need to have one field in your form where your users can enter their email addresses. You can then update the Autoresponder:
From here, in the Recipients tab, you can select the field from the form where users should enter their email:
