Change Credit Card

It keeps promting me to paypal to change my credit card. My paypal account is no longer active due to fraud. I am trying to put my actual card info in and it won't let me?

I have set the account back to free so you can re-upgrade using your credit card. We will cancel the subscription on PayPal from our side, but this should not affect your new subscription.
