Getting 404's while trying to retrieve attachments

Hello,

When trying to download two recent attachments, I get a 404. e.g. in a browser

404 Not Found (S3): /jufs-d565/evan@grubhub.com/202085620923854/4892222113926871567/Grub Hub McDonalds_Location_Information.xlsx

attempting to download

http://grubhub.jotform.com/uploads/evan@grubhub.com/202085620923854/4892222113926871567/Grub+Hub+McDonalds_Location_Information.xlsx

the other one is

http://grubhub.jotform.com/uploads/evan@grubhub.com/202085620923854/4893000392221720410/McDonalds_Location_Information+2-16-2021.xls

They are currently the top two submissions on https://grubhub.jotform.com/tables/202085620923854

one from yesterday, one from today.

Help! Other older downloads for the same form seem fine.

I see that you currently have a Guest Account with us. To enable downloading of form uploads, please ensure to uncheck the following boxes in the Account Settings of your main account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

Yes: I had been looking at your Guest Account.

I also see that you have a Free Account under username ekorzon.
