    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account and found that it was signed up on Feb 11, 2021, and you have not created any form yet.

    Do you have any other account where you have built your forms? What is your Jotform account username or the email address you have used in your account profile? Alternatively you can let us know any of your form ID, form URL or web page URL where you have embedded your form, and we will take a look.
