Some submited answers not showing in our email

    We have two wedding groups filling out forms.

    I had added : Wedding name/group with a drop down for the 1st question on one of my

    wedding forms and it does not show in the submission to our personal email.

    It however, shows in the JOTFORM submissions side.

    Hi,

    I did some testing and it indeed did not show the first group part that I received in my email as below image;

    So, I went to check your form and saw that the "Multiple Selections" of the Dropdown Properties section was not on;

    After I enabled the Multiple Selections choice, I did get the below email report;

    Please modify the setting and see how it appears on your end. I think enabling multiple dropdown parts will show.
