Delayed weekly automatic reminders

Yesterday, I received 3 Weekly reminder emails at 9:33am from 891 Mass Ave., St. Francis, and Brooke House that are supposed to generate on Thursday. Just wondering if there was some type of delay last week where these were not sent out on Thursday and t sent out yesterday.

We haven't been reported with any general delay issue during the past week, I've checked your account and I can see that different reminders were sent to your email, as a double check I've cleared the cache of your forms, you can always perform this action from your side by following this guide. please let us know if the other reminders are also delayed or only the reported ones? if not then I suggest that you may follow if the delay will occur again or not and to report to us if the issue is still persistent so we shall escalate it to our backend developers.
