Conditions in a "notification email"

    Is it possible to omit certain fields from a notification email if conditions are met?

    I have several form fields that are invisible if a certain drop down criteria is met, I don't really want these empty fields then appearing in the notification email.

    I hope it's something that is possible!

    Hi sedadj,

    Thanks for your message. You cannot at this time do this with JotForm conditions. However, a workaround that might work for you is to assign different email addresses where the submission would be sent depending on the data sent by the user. 

    Open the Conditions Wizard and select "Send an email adter submisison

    Then set up the condition according to your requirements.
