I would like to change the email my notifications are sent to. It shows in my profile the email I want, but it sends it to the old email. Thank you.

Please be informed that changing your profile/account email address will not change the email address which is used to receive the submission email of your form.
You should actually change the "Recipient Email" address of your form's notification alert. Here is a guide which should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
