HIPPA Compliant Signature

Does your product(s) offer a HIPPA compliant electronic signature feature for my electronic forms? For clients & for me to sign electronically (if needed)?

If so what package & price point would include this?

In regard to signatures, this is possible, you only need to add the Signature field on your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/433-how-to-add-an-e-signature-to-your-form
