Not receiving submission email and the submission records are not listed in JotForm.

    I am not getting responses when people fill out my form - 2013 Salvation Army bell ringing. I have done several tests and no email or no registrations listed on jot form.

    Upon checking your webpage, I found that you have embed your form using its source code. Is there any specific reason to do so? I didn't find any changes you have made in your form's source code.

    Upon taking a closer look at your webpage source code, I found that you have two form tags:

    As you have two form tags and two associated action URLs, when submit button is clicked it is posted to first action URL "../pub_page.aspx?PageID=75267" and you are redirected to this page. The form is not actually submitted and submissions are not getting recorded.

    How to solve this issue: If you have not changed your form's source code, you should use one of the available form embed code to embed your form in your webpage. These guides should help you:

    Thanks. I had realized my error and changed that code to the embed one, but it didn't seem to take. I went back and redid it and it is working now.
