    In this case, the account was suspended because the form is asking for credit card information.

    We can restore the account by removing the affected fields, please let us know if you are agreed





    Good morning Carlos, I already AGREED for your company 10 days ago to remove those fields to restore the account. Please re check all the messages I have sent in regards to this,

    I have deleted the fields and reactivated the account. You should be able to log in this time. So, as discussed on other tickets, you need to use our payment tools to collect payments in the form.
