I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

I created my form, and have tested it out many times. I selected a template, but customized it from there (I just liked the visuals it had). I originally had made the form so that it was all one page, but then decided after having so much difficulty with the various "hide" and "show" conditions that I would insert various page breaks instead; however, I am still running into the same problems. No matter how many times I try I cannot seem to make certain items appear, even though I have hidden them and changed the condition to be "show," etc.

I am in need of help but am extremely unsure what I am doing wrong. I have used JotForm many times before (under a different username for work) and never had this many issues.

What do I need to do in order to fix these things? (My form is pretty straight-forward due to it being a 'getting to know you' form, so you should be able to see what I am needing fixed/help with).

    Thank you!

Are there any updates on this? I am hoping to finish the form this week and send it out.

    Hello,

I can see that there are a few conditional logics already set up in your form, could you please provide us with one example of a field that is not showing it? And what will be the expected behavior.

Yeah, so for example, if I fill out the form and click:

    • Single
    • "yes" for having kids
    • "2" for number of kids

THEN it does not ask the names and birthdays for the kids (even though I have a condition in there that if someone clicks "yes" to having kids, and then enters an exact number (2, 3, 4, etc.) that it should show the appropriate number of windows for the number they inputed, such as "2" kids should then show 2 input areas where they can enter "Child #1" name and birthday, and then "Child #2" name and birthday.

As of right now I think that is the only error on the form, as when any other item that I fill out the condition stands true.

    Hi,

After checking your form, I create a clone and I found that there is conflict in the conditionals, if you disable the actual conditions and just allow the 1 child conditions is going to work.

Please review and test the conditions one by one, and the recommendation is to hide the fields first from the builder.

Please let me know if you need additional help.
