Autoresponder not sending

    Hello,

    I cannot figure out why my Post-Interview Action Form will not send an autoresponder email. Can you please help me figure out why the email isn't sending?

    Additionally, I am not receiving the Notification 1 email from the New User ID form as well. It works when I send test forms, but it doesn't work when someone actually submits a form.

    Please help!

    Hello Juliet - I sent a test submission to your for and was able to receive the autoresponder email.

    Could you please check again? If it's not in the inbox, please check the Spam/Junk folder as well.

    Hello,

    Every person that has filled out a form has not received an autoresponse. However, it works every time I test it myself. I will ask them to check their spam/junk folder. If it is not there, then what is the next course of action?

    From your submission page, I can see that the people who have submitted your form have the domain address @portcitylogistics.com.

    I checked your last client response and it was sent from our end:

    It is possible that they may have any filters at their end blocking emails from JotForm. You can check with their IT team.

    OR you can setup SMTP Sender on your form so that the emails are sent from your mail server instead of noreply@jotform.com - https://www.jotform.com/help/244-how-to-setup-smtp-for-a-form

    Thank you for your response! I will check with our IT Team, but what's strange is that the autoresponder has worked in the past. I'm not sure what changed, but all of a sudden it stopped working. Maybe IT changed something on our end. Thank you.
