Connecting and Pre-filling Forms

I would like to create a workflow and I am wondering if it is possible. ReDefiners would like to:

1. Create a Tutor In-Take Referral Form
2. Use the data from this form to pre-populate a portion of another form - Tutoring Report Form
3. Once the in-take form is completed and the tutoring report is pre-populated, a notification is sent to administrator and the admin can assign tutor to student (contact details for student are pre-populated) for tutor to view
4. Tutor then completes form during live tutoring session and receives signature in person on devices or sends like to family for virtual session
5. The form is submitted and notification is sent to admin as well as a specific Case Manager - info pre populated from in-take form

Can this be achieved?

Also, I noticed that the original PDF does not show signature when testing however, the signature appears on the printable version of the form.

Can the design of the printable version of the form be edited?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement.

Please note that you can take advantage of our "URL Parameter" feature to populate form fields. You can build the second form URL with parameters and then add it in email alert templates. When the first form is submitted, the user will receive an email with the URL of the second form. Clicking on the link will populate the second form with data. If you want to automatically redirect URL to the second form after the form is submitted, you can take advantage of our URL parameter to achieve this. Do you have someone that can set up the automations for us?
This is what we need:
Process: 1. Person A completes Referral form 2. Person B is notified of new
referral 3. Referral data pre-populates to Report Form and 4. Person C uses
the same form (with some pre-populated data) to complete in real-time 5.
After the form is complete, a signature from Person D is required 6. Once
person D signs, the Report Form needs to automatically be sent to person A
and B.
My initial thought is two use two forms only that are automating the date
pre-population and workflow rather than creating a new form for each Report
that is needed. If we need to pay an additional fee to have this set up
properly, please advise.

Which is your form A and form B?

When the form A is submitted, what is the email address of the person B who should be notified?

What all are the data that needs to be populated in form B?

When the form B is submitted, what is the email address of the person C who should be notified? And what data should be displayed to the user?

What is the email address of person D for signature?

Why do you want to build two forms here? I believe, you are looking to build a workflow where one person fill the form and then data needs to be reviewed by multiple people and signed to complete the workflow. You can achieve this in one single form.
