Deactivated account

    Thanks for clarifying. I recently opened an account and imported my current credit card authorization form as a test for building my first form as it was the most simple place to start.

    It wasn't until attempting to publish that I realized this was against the service terms.

    I have no intention of continuing with that form but would like to continue building a different service work agreement if my account can be re-activated.

    Upon request, I have removed the offending form as it violate our Term of Use and reactivated your account again.
