Jotform Payments - Product List Items Collapse Into Different Pages in Card Layout

    The card form format (one question per page) really looks good however on page 11 of our form, our products are broken into 7 tabs/pages and I think it is easy to miss the 6 other products as the user is likely to hit Next.

    Is it possible to customize this page so that it shows all the products in one page? It looks fine on the mobile version but on the desktop it is showing 1 product per tab/page.

    Hi dfrancisco,

    I cloned and checked your form, and I was able to replicate the issue. The real reason for this issue is that the Product List field adjusts itself according to the zoom value on a browser.

    Kindly see the screenshot below where my browser zoom is set to 50%, and I'm able to see all products on the same page:


    I escalated this issue to our development team. However, I can't give you an ETA on it, as it depends on their workload. We will inform you on this thread if they have any updates.

    Thanks for looking into this. In the meantime, is it possible to manually set up each question as its own page, and the payment options all on the same page?

    unfortunately, you can only add one Product List per form, so you won't be able to manually create multiple pages with one product each.

    Our developers are working on this bug, meanwhile, you may change your form's layout back to Classic to help your users.
