404 error shows up on accessing uploaded files

    Hi there,

    I just created my first jot form. I have a section where I need the customer to upload their picture.

    I receive the form just fine, but when I click on their picture, it gives me an error message.

    I used a pre existing template. A friend of mine used the same template and is getting the same error message. Can you help?

    Hello! You should be logged-in to your Jotform account from the same browser on which you're opening the uploaded file links; only then these links will work.

    This behavior can be changed by unchecking the privacy setting "Require log-in to view uploaded files." on the account settings page. If changed, uploaded files will be accessible without the need of logging in.
