Submissions are not receiving Autoresponder Email

    Hi there, I have created a new briefing form that seems to be working fine. Only once the form is submitted is the user not getting the "Received" email. I have linked their Email that they fill out in the form into the Auto Responder section and they're still not getting them. Am I not putting this into the correct place? Please advise.

    Thanks for reaching us.

    I checked your form and it seems the Autoresponder was set correctly. Also, I cloned your form and tested it. As a result of the test, I received the Autoresponder Email.

    If you let us send a test submission to your form we can test it on your form as well.

    Please have a check again and let us know for further assistance.
