Contract not being emailed to me

I am not receiving an emailed copy of my contracts after they are signed. I tried to download a copy and have it emailed to me from your site and I got an error message, page can’t be found.

There are two agreement forms in your account.

Are you not receiving the PDF attachment in emails for both forms?

Or are you not receiving the email itself?

I tried downloading your original PDF document directly from your PDF Editor, but could not find any error.
