Hi, I sent a 'private' support question to Jotform earlier today with my form link and after a few more hours of checking throught the forum, I found my own answer (Conditions stopped working after each field amendment, clearing the form cache via 'Account settings' solved the problem.). How do I access my private support questions to let you know that I've found the solution myself?

Hi there and many thanks for your prompt reply.
The first link doesn't work for me, just blank but possibly because it's only showing 'public' threads?
The second link did work thanks. How would I go about finding a similar link for any future 'private' messages, without having to contact you like this or shall I just wait until I can reply to your email?
