Some forms hipaa, some not?

I have a form I've incorporated into an active campaign that's not hipaa compliant but also want to create an intake form that will be. Can I do both with my account? It's looking like I have to do one or the other only as it won't let me go further....

Please note that once you enable HIPAA Compliance, the changes will be implemented account-wide.

There is no way to cherry-pick which forms can be HIPAA and which forms will not.

If you want to have both, you will need to create another JotForm account.

Would I be able to create a new account and have my unlimited as well as the hipaa compliance ported over? Or apply again? I've already connected this one to my active campaign so it would be a hassle to switch everything over on my end
