Integrated forms showing up blank

    Hi, we integrate all our forms with dropbox, but sometimes the forms that come through are totally blank (no questions, no responses) apart from the title. Example attached

    We can download the complete from from the tables page but we often dont have time to check every received form to make sure it displays the questions and answers - we need this feature to be reliable 100% of the time.

    Do you know why this might be happening?

    Hi FountainheadCasting,

    Thank you for your patience. I've checked the integration with sample submission but I couldn't replicate the issue. This may be a temporary issue with the system and internet connection during the submitting form. Do you have any same missing data in your submissions?

    Also, setting a notification email with the attached submission PDF will be helpful to compare the blank submissions. Notification email Here is the screencast;
