    Hi Team,

Is this Assign Form features also available for the HIPAA Account? - that users being assigned to fill in the Form can edit their submission later??

Please note that you can assign a form to users in HIPAA-compliant form so that they can access your form, but they will not be able to edit their submissions later. The submissions received in a HIPAA account can only be edited by account owner after login to account.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks Ashwin,

Understood the Assignees of a HIPAA account does NOT have Permission level "Submit and Edit Later"

Could I double confirm - the Assignees of a HIPAA account can have Permission level "Submit and View Later"?
If yes, is this done from the Assignees through their own registered JotForm account?

For HIPAA account form data is encrypted before submission (and end-to-end), I believe this means the form Assignee's data submission is encrypted when he/she first submits. If Assignees are able to view their own submission from their own Assignee account, does this mean the assignee's form data can be decrypted by assignee accounts (and stored) locally?

    Hi there,

Yes, the assignee should be able to submit and view the submissions, and they can view it from the assigned form on their JotForm account.

If Assignees are able to view their own submission from their own Assignee account, does this mean the assignee's form data can be decrypted by assignee accounts (and stored) locally?

Yes, submissions are encrypted, but since they are using their own JotForm/assignee account, it won't limit them from viewing their own submission.
