I was trying to set up conditions for notifications to go to different email addresses according to the UK postcode.
i.e. if entered postcode starting with BN1, notification should go to email@example.com
but if the postcode starting with BN12, notification should then go to firstname.lastname@example.org
However, the form doesn't seem to recognise the difference between BN1 and BN12. Is there anything I can do i.e. add a bracket [BN12] to make it recognise the differences that it is a different area even though it contains BN1 in the query.
I also tried "contains" rather than "start with" but it has the same issue.
UK postcodes are very distinguish so it is important that we are able to separate requests from certain areas.
Please can you help?

I duplicated the existing form you have created and tested the conditions
already added. Please note that the condition statements are case sensitive
to ensure that the post code conditions are followed I added another rule with
the "Contains" statement to allow both lower and upper case codes.
Upon testing the form using the BN1 and BN12 as postcodes the notification
emails were sent to their corresponding email set in the conditions.
1. Saved Conditions
2. Rules for the BN1 Post code email sent to email@example.com
3. Rules for condition BN12 notification email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
Let us know if you have clarifications.

It seems to work a treat! Thanks very much for such a quick response.

hi, could you tell me what template you used for this as I am having trouble with the same issue. I can only add a condition for if the whole address is filed or not. Thanks!

Can you share to us which of your form you are having the Condition trouble?
It is preferable if you can create your own post here. We could have found the form you are currently working on already if only you have created your own new thread.
