Submissions are not being logged

    Hi All,


    Hope you are all keeping safe and well. I have had two customers over the last two days inform me they completed my forms, but I cannot see them on my submissions and got no notification of completion.

    I checked your form and can see 2 pending payments.

    Can you please confirm if these are the 2 users who have submitted your form?

    If yes, then it looks like they have not completed and have not provided payment.

    I suggest you check your PayPal account first if payment was received from these 2 submissions, if yes, then you can manually complete the payment within your Tables page. If not, I suggest you contact your clients to complete the payment.
