Unable to open uploaded files

    Hello,

    customers filled the form and uploaded pdf files...

    but attached pdfs do not arrive in notification emails


    we see only links.. and when we click on the them.. we got an error

    please see my attached files

    Please uncheck the restriction within your My Account > Settings page that requires log-in to view uploaded files.

    links are working... but i got this messagge

    Attachments: Because the total size is more than 5MB the uploads are not attached. 

    how i can solve this?

    We have a limit of 5MB for attaching uploaded files in the email.

    When the uploaded file is more than 5MB, you will receive the error and the uploaded files will not be attached.
