Pricing for the non profit organization

    I have just received an email

    Dear Rhos -on-Sea Bowling Club,

    Your Jotform account has been downgraded.

    If you have not requested a downgrade this might have happened because your credit card expired.

    I have not requested a recent downgrade, but I did respond recently to an offer for free pricing - Coronavirus Responder Program. We are a non-profit making organisation.


    When I click on the re-upgrading link, it comes up with upgrading to Silver, but the prices are for usual Silver pricing, whereas the bar at the left shows the pricing of Silver at the Bronze price per month. I don't understand this.

    The email is no reply so I am using the Forum.

    Greetings Rosemary,

    Your account is showing the nonprofit discounted prices already. You can use the pricing page to upgrade your account again.

    Please just make sure that you are logged into your account.

    If you are still unable to see the discounted prices then please share a screenshot so we can check this further.

    During last year we were paying for Bronze at the non-profit making rate. We have down graded it during Lockdown to Starter (free) to save money. When we are able to open, we will have to upgrade back to Bronze again.

    I put in an application under the Coronavirus Responder program hoping for a free program. We are a Bowling Club whose members are mostly over 70 and many over 80. Many of our members live alone and we are part of the drive to help their mental health, by them coming out to Bowl and communicating with them during Lockdown..

    Hello Rosemary! As far as I can check, your account is currently reflecting only the Non-Profit discount.

    Kindly note that the Corona Responder program is available for only the frontline organizations working in Corona Prevention programs for their communities.

    We do respond to the Corona Responder applications with 3-4 working days. You should have received the status update on your application if you had submitted your application before this time.

    Q) Have you received this status email?

    Please check your SPAM folder as well for this email and let us know.

    Hi Rosemary,

    Can I confirm my understanding of whether your account was already on the Free plan when you received the email?
    If so, you can go ahead and dismiss the email.

    It seems that your application for the Corona responder is in process. If you do not receive an email regarding it within a few days, please contact us again here at the Support Forum.
