    What will happen if I went over quota on submissions?

    My free acount reach 100 submission and my forms were disable. I already increase the number of submission but I cant see the forms on my site. How long does it takes to the forms be available again? My site is www.gestalthumanista.com/cancun

    Thanks for posting your problem here on the forum.

    Upon checking your account, your submission counter is already above your limit of 100. This will give you an Overlimit status and will disable your forms temporarily until the next month's reset, usually at the 1st day of each month.

     

    I am not sure of what you meant by "I already increase the number of submission". Deleting submissions will not affect the current submission counter. Did you upgrade your account somehow? Is that what you meant?

    What I mean is that I get more submissions by inviting friends to join Jotform, like on facebook, follow on twetter. So now I have 160 submission a month according to my account information.
