Continue Forms Later: Saved draft form is not updating

    other problem is some participants are completing part of the form and then saving it and it saves a draft. The next time they go in to work more they save it again but it only brings up the original save and not the new additions they put in. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi,

    I have tested the form and filled in initial values to the fields. I have then saved the form as a draft and updated the values, and the Continue Forms Later function seems to be working fine on my end. The updated values were saved correctly.

    Please note that the users need to click the save button again for the changes to be saved.

    I have also cleared your form cache. Could you please check it on your end and let us know if the issue persists?

    Thanks for looking into this! When I tested a form out it saved fine for me. The one that is having a problem (originally reported it to me) and it is still having the problem when I tested it is: https://www.jotform.com/202996265574165?session=JF-S4L-kxmt8h9O&stoken=JF-W1K-Zt3g-27 I am only testing out the section near the end (below) so that I do not mess up what he has done. When I enter numbers into this section and save it, then follow the link that is emailed to me and open it and the section is blank. Any thoughts?

    I have tested filling out the Input Table fields then save the form submission as a draft, and I could still not replicate the issue.

    Have you clicked on the save button again after you made the changes?

    Can we edit and test this actual draft submission so we can try to replicate the issue on our end?

    Thanks for looking into it. I have been testing it and it works for me as week. I reached out to the individual who is having problems for more details and am waiting his response. on the test forms and when I open other drafts from individuals, it works fine. When I test his form: Session ID JF-S4L-kxmt8h9O then I do run into problems. Could this one draft just be the problem?

    You can test that draft submission, I have just been testing that lower section so that I do not mess up what they have done.

    This form is now blank and he said he was not able to submit it, but was not able to give me any details

    I was able to confirm that the saved session is, indeed, appears to be blank now.

    Can you please ask the user about the following details below?

    • What browser he used in filling out and saving the form
    • Is he using desktop or mobile?
    • If mobile, what brand, model, and OS version?
    • If desktop, what OS?

    We can then try to replicate it on the same device he's using and see if we can reproduce the problem.

    You can close this ticket. The individual who was working on the form is not responding to me and others who are submitting the same form are loving it with no problems! Thanks
