How to change the field which is displayed in inbox header?

when i look in my inbox they used to read at the top the first header in my form but now they read submission X.

It appears I have changed something in the form order??

Please advise as i would like the top of the inbox file to lead with my title or first header

Do you want to change the field which is being displayed in the inbox header? Please note that you can go to inbox setting and change the field which you want to be displayed in header. Please check the screenshot below of your form's inbox setting:
