Auto fill

Is there a way to autofill information, for example on an application an employee will normally have to fill in their name multiple times. But is there an element or property that auto fills that information?

You can enable Browser AutoComplete on the form settings so the browsers can store and autocomplete the form fields with data previously submitted on the form.- 

Or prefill the form passing the name and other data via URL parameters.
