    My former colleague recently had a charge on her CC and I'd like to update the payment method and possibly reverse that charge if we can. I dont however see anything in here

    Any help you can provide is much appreciated.

    Hello, thank you for contacting us. Your account  vermeercanadainc is on free status, so it seems the charge applied to your colleague's CC might be related to another account? We need this information to proceed with the refund. But if you do not have it, then please provide us with the following info:

    • Lat 4 digits of CC
    • Expiration date
    • Type of card (visa, amex, etc)
    • Amount charge
    • Date of transaction
