Using jotform as a if than quiz

    Hello,

I am using Jotform to create an if/than quiz for my retail store. I have used the conditional formatting successfully, but I have hit a snag. Upon completion of answering questions, we got to an item that corresponds to their answer. At this point I would like the customer to be able to submit their answers, sending us the customers information so that we can contact them. I am not able to apply the conditional formatting to this final question, using a paragraph question. It just goes to the next item in the list that is for a different set of answers. How would I go about this?

To clarify, are you referring to this PARAGPRAPH fields?

If so, you would need to use HIDE/SHOW FIELD conditions to it. Please check this guide on how-to-show-or-hide-fields-base-on-users-answer.

Yes, that is the field, but since it is a paragraph field, the selection of this question is greyed out and unable to be selected.

These fields are selectable when I tried on my end:

Can you share a screenshot of how it looks like on your end when you try to do the same?

Here's a guide on how-to-post-screenshots on this ticket.

You cannot use a PARAGRAPH field in the criteria section of your conditions. Because it is not an input field and doesn't return a value.

You may use it on your DO-actions instead e.g. to hide or show them based on other field's values.
