Where to find Form Responses?

Good Morning, I have been pleased with jot form, super easy and layout is perfect! Although I am having trouble receiving the responses. I am a newbie so this may be something simple. I made a form, copied the link, and placed on my treelink through instagram. I have had 1 person submit with payment. The payment worked but I do not see the form response and submission. The person filled out the form. Is there a way that I can see the response? Am I doing something wrong here. Thanks for any help as soon as you can!

Seems you have deleted the Notification on your form. Please re-create one so you'll get notified (via email) whenever someone completes your form.

I visited your tables and can see you have 7 pending payments. Perhaps the submission you're looking for is there.
