I have a form that employees use regularly and I want to institue a different form but forsee issues with people still using the old form. Is there a way to shut down the old form (make inactive) so that users can no longer access it but the data emains in tact?

This is a feature that had been available for a while already.
We were not able to see your provided screenshot, please try sending it again using this guide
and we will check further.
