What is the best way to collect possible repeating data in one form?

I am creating a form for registering students to a program. Some guardians may only be filling out the form for one student, which is super easy and straightforward, but others will be filling it out for 2+ students. I don't want them to have to fill out their guardian information over and over on completely new forms, but I want to be able to collate the data from all the student information into the same reports. This is what is steering me away from doing IF/THEN conditions and reentering the fields manually, but I also do not know the best way to proceed.

Is there a way to have the form ask the same questions multiple times and collect separate answers each time, rather than setting them up as new entry points and showing/hiding them?

    Thank you!

Hello - You can use the Configurable List widget. You can ask the same question as many as you want using the widget. Here's a simple demo form: https://form.jotform.com/210476322555049
