When I do a PDF download of submissions, it will only allow me to do 20 at a time.
Any plans on increasing this or removing the limit ?
I have alot of enties and being able to do 20 at a time is very fustration. I prefer PDF over excel/CSV.

Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately, it is not likely that we change the limit in the near future. The reason of this is the PDFs generation process and PDFs size, it takes a lot of server resources to create the PDF reports on the fly, especially if you have a long form or images on your entries.
I will submit the request to our Development Team, but we can not promise anything. If we get any updates on this, we will let you know.

Are you serious? Now I have 60 submissions for example, do I have to download them 20 by 20 and then merge them?? And it has been limited to 20 all these years since 2013?
I might really consider switching if you don't fix that.

No, you don't download them by 20. The system automatically splits it. So assuming that you have 100 submissions. You download them all at one request but the system will split it by 20 and you will just get a prompt for every completed process and download.
Hope this clarifies your concern. I would also recommend that you start a new thread since this one is already 3 years old. There had been a lot of changes in this period.

You didn't get what I mean, I can't send my clients multiple PDF files. They need it one big file. So in the example you provided, I will have 5 PDF files, then I would need to use a PDF tool to merge them to one file, which doesn't make sense to me I believe.

Unfortunately, that is the limit our developers have set and there is no workaround on this. As Mike_T has mentioned, it takes a lot of server resources to create the PDF reports on the fly so the purpose for this limit is for the stability of the system and to prevent system crashing.
Feel free to let us know if you have more questions.

I have moved your request to another thread as this thread is an old one. We'll provide you a response on that other thread in a short while.
