Error message on form

    Im recieving this error message on my live form. sh: 1: Cannot fork. Please let me know what I can do to fix it.

    After checking your account, I have found that you currently two active forms. I reviewed both forms and it seems that they are working correctly on my end. However, since the issue is happening on your end, can you kindly share the URL of the form that is causing this error?

    Also, can you please let us know what the error message is that you are receiving and how you are triggering the error? Is it after submission, or is it happening while filling out the form?
