Do people need to have a JotForm account to fill out a survey?

    Hello,


    If I am sending out a survey to customers, will they need to create an account with JotForm in order to fill it out?

    Thank you for your message.

    It is not necessary to create a Jotform account to fill out the form, you can share the URL with the following steps https://www.jotform.com/help/401-where-to-find-my-form-url.

    By default, the form is public, so the users can access it.
