Submission PDF: How to edit the PDF to look like a packing slip without prices?

How can I generate a report from each form submission that looks like a packing slip? I just need product and quantity without pricing.

You can edit the form PDF submission reports to your liking. They are flexible in customization, and you can edit the report to look like a packaging slip, and only include the information you want (product, quantity) on the report.
You can also add these reports to be sent automatically to you and your customers in the notification emails.
