    Hi Dina,

The "DPRP is disabled for this merchant" is an issue related to your PayPal Pro account settings. The error means that the "Direct Payment Recurring Payments" feature has not been enabled on your PayPal account.
Please contact PayPal support directly to enable the DPRP feature on your account.

Meanwhile, you can also try using PayPal Standard to set up a recurring bill with a standard PayPal account.

If you have any other questions, please let us know and we are happy to help!

    Hi Dina,

You can contact PayPal from their Contact Us page, I'd suggest sending them a message from this page by selecting "Message us":

We will also do our best to help to resolve the issue.
Can I double confirm that the PayPal account you are using is a PayPal Pro account?
If you are not sure of the account type, you can also ask PayPal support to confirm it.

I can see that currently, the PayPal integration on your form is a PayPal Personal integration. If your account is a personal PayPal account, you should be able to use the account without the DPRP settings, by enabling the recurring payments in the PayPal integration on your form.

However, if your account is a PayPal Pro account, you will need to change the integration on your form to the PayPal Pro integration.
When you are looking for integrations, you will notice that there are multiple PayPal integrations available. Please confirm that your PayPal account type is matching the integration you are using on the form.
